1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Our Services

Lusungulwamtwa Safaris provides safari tours, trekking expeditions, and travel services in Tanzania. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour start date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but your price is guaranteed once full payment is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost is forfeited.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost is forfeited.
• No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance must be provided before the start of the tour.

6. Health and Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in the chosen tour. Some of our tours may require a medical certificate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements when booking.

7. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and vaccination certificates where required.

8. Liability

Lusungulwamtwa Safaris acts as an agent for various service providers and is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour. We reserve the right to alter itineraries as necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Lusungulwamtwa Safaris and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
